• October, 7 : Yoga for Welcoming The Fall

• October, 21 : Yamuna Body Rolling
A full body experience to realign and transition into the colder months where the body can start to feel tight and restricted, this will include take away ideas that can be applied to everyday life and other activities
• November, 11 : Going Deep in Contrology
Fundementals of Pilates. Why the real name is ‘contrology’, importance of breathing and more. Everything you do in your daily practise going to be more meaningful.
• November, 25 : Standing Pilates
This class is a fun, challenging and creative adaptation of the Pilates Mat and Reformer repertoire. By utilizing the Pilates principles in a weight-bearing position you’ll challenge your postural alignment, bones of the lower extremity and proprioception. We’ll break down the exercises and then put them together in a flowing and strength building way.
• December 9 : AfroBeat Barre
Using fun and funky music for a barre class like no other. We’ll use our ballet principles alongside finding freedom to the percussive sounds in the music. This class is influenced by Roxy’s time training with the National Dance Theatre Company of Jamaica in Jamaica where we would have class in a large open studio under the stars that mixed ballet barre with African undulations. You’ll have fun and a good workout.
• December, 23 : Happy New Year with Yoga Trance Dance !
Flow of natural movement with new year’s party playlist ! Free your mind, free your body to welcome the new year!
• January, 13 : Yamuna Body Rolling
Restoration and rejuvenation for the Winter month with Yamuna Body Rolling. This workshop is really a self treat and must.
• January, 27 : Spiral for the Fire
Fundementals of Gyrokinesis. You will feel the smile of your spine, happiness of your each joint.
• February, 10 : Mixed Medley
A workshop that incorporates elements of high energy dance and movement with self care techniques — so we work the body well in order to really rest it and feel the effects.
• February, 24 : Spring at the Door Yoga
Solar muladhara & svadhisthana chakra vinyasa, breathing technics, talks about body&food rhythm for spring.
Prices & Registration :
10 classes : 1000 tl (entered for a draw for a Chikirina Outfit and other prizes )
5 classes : 550 tl (pre-registration of workshops are necessary and can only be made up once depending on availability
1 class: 120 tl (pre- registration of the workshop is necessary)
